"FUTURE PERFECT" Exhibition of Fashion Designs by Denise Esser

Looking at a design by Denise Esser, one cannot help but think of works by the likes of surrealist artists such as Duchamp, Giacometti or Dali all being catapulted straight into the futuristic realm of a new creative stratosphere.
Since graduating with honors from The Rietveld Academie of Art & Fashion earlier this year, Denise Esser has received rounded accolades from top international industry experts including: Aneta Genova (New York Fashion Guru, Senior Teacher at Parsons School of Design and Creative Consultant at Ralph Lauren NY) and modern cultural style icons by the likes of Kanye West who recently featured Esser's designs on his blog.

OFFICIAL OPENING EAH! POP-UP STORE
The pop-up store, Zeedijk 37
The pop-up store is an initiative of designer Eva Anna Hekking, founder of EAH!, and NV Zeedijk, a dynamic organization which purchases properties in the centre of Amsterdam. Over the past years, the Zeedijk has positively transformed into an upcoming fashion area. Well-fitting within this upcoming new image, NV Zeedijk offered Eva Anna Hekking an empty space at the Zeedijk. As curator she restyled the place into a creative ‘underground' exhibition versus shop-space. In a minimum of time she selected several fashion designers, young graduated artists from the Rietveld Academy and young designers from the Design Academy Eindhoven to present, promote and sell their work. Together they represent the kick-off of a creative stage for improving the image of the Zeedijk area even further. The pop-up store is a property of 135m² and offers room for a strong combination of design, art, brands and talent. As curator, EAH! approaches various sponsors and talent from her own network. In the EAH! pop-up store you will find Replay denim jeans customised by the designers. Furthermore famous shoe designer Fred de la Bretoniere is sponsor of this project and The Zantman Group offered the latest handmade red carpet dresses of Percy Irausquin under the name PRC. To give it all a Chinatown flavour, the Dun Young department store provides cool Chinese objects. On top of it all, Ebretti scooters offered a scooter pimped by a designer.
