Jacob Kok (1979) graduated in 2006 from the Theatre Design Department at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam .
The designer has been involved in a variety of disciplines such as, sculpture, audio-visual, music, theatre and fashion, all directed towards researching the human body.
After focusing mainly on video- and music art, the designer enters a new chapter with greater emphasizes on fashion.

Being praised for his conceptual approach and ability to create a unique story, Jacob Kok wins the 2011 edition of Project Catwalk.
This recognition gives him the opportunity to present his work on the professional Amsterdam Fashion Week stage.
The AW12/13 collection will tell a story about 'fashionable' mine workers and the hidden mineral treasures they might find.
